Preserved Entry Value Upon Exit
Under the governing agreement, a departing Holder is entitled to receive their full original entry amount upon seat reallocation, or the higher market transfer value if transferred to an approved successor. Annual dues cover active years and are non-refundable.
Lévonier does not pressure and does not negotiate admission. Alignment is either self-evident, or it is absent.
