About Lévonier

Not a service, not a venue, not an organization that grows. A fixed assembly of one hundred numbered seats, established deliberately, recorded permanently, and capped at the hundredth seat. There is no second cohort and no future in which that supply changes.

Most institutions built on exclusivity eventually betray it. They expand to survive. They dilute to grow. The thing that made them worth entering quietly disappears, and by the time anyone notices, it has been gone for years. Lévonier was closed before it opened.

Nearly everything is available at a price. A house anywhere. A table at any restaurant. A seat on any aircraft, at any hour, to any city. For anyone at this level, access in the ordinary sense was solved long ago.

What has never been available at a price is the deliberate proximity of the right hundred people. Any one of them could buy nearly anything. Not one of them could assemble the other ninety-nine.

Rooms of this kind have always existed. They were never advertised and never priced publicly. What is unusual here is only that the door is briefly visible.

Every seat is selected.

There is no open enrollment, no public queue, and no figure that alters a decision. Candidates are identified, considered privately, and approached directly by the founder. Consideration is selective, and the threshold is rarely financial.

Wealth is the threshold. It is not the qualification. It establishes that a person could be here. It does not establish that they should be.

A name may be submitted for consideration. That is not an application and carries no expectation of reply. It places a name in front of the founder, who reviews each personally.

Full governing terms, fee structure, and agreements are reviewed directly with the founder prior to entry.

The room. Direct standing among ninety-nine other active Holders. Founders, operators, owners, builders. Introductions are made personally by the founder, deliberately, and never in volume.

The seat. Numbered permanently from #001 to #100. Transferable to an approved successor under the governing agreement, with full provenance recorded in the historical register.

The door. It opens once for initial placement. When all one hundred seats are placed, access exists only through the transfer or reallocation of an existing seat.

No one is held here.

Should you wish to depart at any point after the first year, your seat may be reallocated through Lévonier to the next approved Holder, returning your full original entry amount upon completion. Alternatively, you may transfer it privately to an approved party at whatever figure it commands, with a ten percent transfer consideration applying only to appreciation above your original entry amount.

Whichever path you choose, the governing agreement preserves your original entry amount upon reallocation.

The annual membership amount ($10,000) that maintains an active seat covers the years you were active and is not returned.

A seat is reserved with a deposit refundable in its entirety, without conditions and without explanation required, until entry is completed in writing. No one becomes committed to Lévonier through momentum, pressure, or silence.

Lévonier is operated by Lévonier LLC, registered in the State of Alabama, United States. The founder is reachable at sam@levonier.com and responds personally.

The record reflects, precisely and at all times, how many of the hundred names have been entered. Nothing shown there is estimated or projected.

This was built so that nothing here requires belief. Everything can be examined and confirmed before a single figure becomes irreversible.

Lévonier is not something you use. It is something you are part of, and it is built to matter over years rather than weeks. The room fills gradually and deliberately. What exists at the hundredth name will not resemble what exists at the tenth, and those who entered early will have been there for all of it.

Everything given to Holders is given without announcement or schedule. What arrives, arrives.
