Questions
What is Lévonier?
One hundred numbered seats, capped forever. Not a club and not a service. The individuals who hold the seats are what it is.
What am I paying for?
A permanent numbered position among ninety-nine others, direct standing, and the contractual right to transfer or reallocate your seat after the first year.
What does it cost?
$100,000 initial entry amount, then $10,000 annually. A 10% transfer fee applies solely to value above your entry basis on resale. The terms and fee structure are uniform for every seat.
Why is there no clubhouse?
The one hundred people are what this is. Buildings can be rented anywhere. A list like this cannot be assembled twice.
Who is on it?
The first seats are being placed now. Each Holder chooses their own visibility on the official register.
Is the deposit really refundable?
Yes. In full, in writing, without conditions, until entry is complete. A refund request is acknowledged immediately and issued to the original payment source.
What are the terms?
$100,000 initial entry amount and $10,000 annual membership amount. A seat is reserved with a refundable deposit until formal entry is executed in writing. Exit protection and transfer mechanics are governed by written contract.
Can I sell my seat?
Yes, after one full year. You may reallocate through Lévonier to an approved successor to receive your protected entry amount, or transfer privately to an approved buyer at market value. A 10% transfer fee applies solely to appreciation above your original entry amount.
How do I know this is real?
Review the governing Terms, communicate directly with the founder at sam@levonier.com, place a refundable deposit, and examine every document before entry is finalized.
How do I enter?
Submit a request for consideration. Review and acceptance are selective.
